      Documents required for Marriage Registration

      I. For Bride Groom.

• Photograph one number size (35X35mm) or ( 45X35mm)
• Age Proof :-

i.  Birth Certificate issued by Municipal or District office of the Registrar of  Birth and Deaths

ii.  Last school leaving Certificate.

iii. SSC/HSC Certificate having Date of birth.

iv. Driving License having Date of Birth and Address.

v.  Pass Port copy duly Notarized

• Address Proof :-

i.   Ration Card having name of the Groom.

ii.  Election Identity Card.

iii. The Copy of Electricity Bill received on name of Groom

iv. The Copy of Telephone (Only BSNL) Bill received on name of Groom

iv. Driving License having Date of Birth and Address

v.  Pass Port copy duly Notarized      

 Note:- i)  The age should be 21 years or more.                                                                           ii) The Address of either the Groom or Bride should be of PUNE.

II. For Bride .

• Photograph one number size (35X35mm) or ( 45X35mm)
• Age Proof :-

i. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal or District office of the Registrar of Birth and Deaths

ii.  Last school leaving Certificate.

iii. SSC/HSC Certificate having Date of birth.

iv. Driving License having Date of Birth and Address.

v.  Pass Port copy duly Notarized

• Address Proof :-

i.   Ration Card having the name of Bride.

ii. Election/Voter's Identity Card.

iii. The Copy of Electricity Bill received on name of Bride

iv. The Copy of Telephone ( Only BSNL) Bill received on name of Bride.

v. Driving License having Date of Birth and Address.

vi.   Pass Port copy duly Notarized

Note:- i)  The Age should be 18 Years or more.

           ii) The Address of either the Groom or Bride should be of Pune.

     III. For three Witnesses each:- Photograph one number size (35X35mm) or ( 45X35mm)

• Address Proof :-

i.   Ration Card having the name of Witness.

ii.  Election/Voter's Identity Card.

iii. The Copy of Electricity Bill received on name of Witness.

iv. The Copy of Telephone (Only BSNL) Bill received on name of Witness

iv. Driving License having Date of Birth and Address

v.   Pass Port copy duly Notarized. 

Note:- Witness Should be adult, more then 21 years of age, can be Parents, Relatives, Friends.
